Work through these in order.
1. Did you just join?
New Patreon members are picked up by a sync that runs every 10 minutes. Wait 10 minutes, then sign out and back in.
2. Are you signed in with the same email you use on Patreon?
Your Academy account is matched to Patreon by email. If they differ (a work email on one, personal on the other), the Academy cannot see your membership.
- Use Connect Patreon on your dashboard to link your Patreon account directly, or
- Email hello@grcengclub.com with both addresses and we will link them.
3. Did you join Patreon with Sign in with Apple?
Apple's "Hide My Email" gives Patreon a relay address like abc123@privaterelay.appleid.com. Use Connect Patreon, or email us your real address and we will link it.
4. Is it a free trial?
A free Patreon trial month does not include the certification courses.
5. Did your membership recently end?
After a Patreon membership ends you have a 30-day grace period. When it runs out, course access is removed. Rejoining restores it.
