Changing your email address

Email us to move your Academy account to a new address. Your progress and certificates move with it.

You cannot change your Academy email yourself. Email hello@grcengclub.com from either address with:

  • your current Academy email, and
  • the new email you want to use.

We move the account for you. Your courses, progress, exam history, and certificates all carry over, and your certificate ID and verification link stay the same.

Change it everywhere else too

The Academy, Patreon, and Slack each keep their own email. If you are switching addresses, also update:

  • Patreon: in your Patreon account settings. Tell us when you do, so we keep your Academy account matched to it.
  • Slack: click your profile picture > Profile > Edit profile.
