A free Patreon trial month does not unlock the certification courses.
Patreon and the annual plan are one membership
The annual plan is the same Club membership paid yearly, not a separate product. Your Academy access is live as soon as you pay. The community side (Slack, chapters) is activated through the Patreon redeem link in your purchase email, at no extra cost. See Joining the Club Slack.
Switching from monthly to annual: follow grcengclub.com/upgrade-to-annual. Cancel your monthly Patreon membership first, then claim the link in your annual welcome email. Patreon only allows one membership on an account at a time, so the link will not work while a monthly or free membership is still active.
If your Patreon membership ends
You keep Academy access for a 30-day grace period after your Patreon membership ends, with reminder emails along the way. Certificates you have already earned stay valid until their expiry date either way.
CPE comes with membership
Active members get 4 CPE hours added to their transcript every month for their Club learning. See Earning and logging CPE.
Receipts and invoices
Email hello@grcengclub.com with the email you paid with, and include a company name or tax ID if you need it on the invoice.
