Where to find it
Your certificate appears as a card on your dashboard as soon as it is issued. From the card you can:
- Download the PDF. The download link is generated fresh each time and expires after 24 hours, so come back to the dashboard rather than bookmarking the file link.
- Download your CPE letter for ISC2 or ISACA. It lists the hours earned for the course (total video time, plus 4 hours for a capstone).
- Share on LinkedIn. This opens a LinkedIn post with your verification link.
- Copy your verification link.
Adding it to your LinkedIn profile
The share button creates a post. To list the certification under Licenses & certifications on your profile, add it manually on LinkedIn with:
- Name: the full certification name, for example Certified GRC Engineer - Practitioner (CGE-P)
- Issuing organization: GRC Engineering Club
- Credential ID: the ID on your certificate
- Credential URL: your verification link
We do not issue Credly badges.
Verification
Anyone can check your certificate at cert.grcengclub.com/verify/your-cert-id. The page shows your first name and last initial, the certification, issue and expiry dates, and whether it is active. After you renew, the old verification page links forward to your renewed certificate.
How long it lasts
Each certificate is valid for one year and can be renewed twice. See Renewing your certificate.
Wrong name on the certificate
The name on the certificate comes from your profile. Before your certificate is issued you are asked to confirm it, so check spelling and accents then.
If it is already issued with the wrong name:
- Fix your name in Profile.
- Email hello@grcengclub.com asking us to regenerate the certificate.
Your certificate ID and verification link stay the same.
